This week I did my Voyant Tools presentation. I have to admit, this was really stressful for me because I don’t like speaking in front of large groups. I took a lot of time preparing for this so that I would be less nervous when I had to stand up in the front of the class.
My tool was TextualArc and it was a really hard tool to understand. I definitely think there are easier tools that we learned about that will give the same results. One of those would be Cirrus which I explored last week using my own novel.
I enjoyed the presentation today on Knots because Naomi was really energised while she was talking. I liked knots also because it seemed equally confusing to my own tool but Naomi did a really good job of explaining it. All and all, the presentations this week were really good and everyone seemed very intrigued by what they were talking about and teaching us.
